To replace the variator of the Peugeot Speedfight, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission protection panel: this will be located on the right side of the motorcycle, just above the air filter. Once this is loosened, you can proceed by loosening the central nut of the variator, so that the belt can be removed as well: this way you can insert the new variator, repositioning the transmission belt around it. Finally, you can close the transmission case and check that everything is working properly.
