Instructions for removing the Peugeot Speedfight variator

In today's video tutorial we will see the main instructions on how to disassemble the variator on a Peugeot Speedfight scooter. To disassemble the variator it is necessary to remove the left side casing of the motor, unscrewing all its fixing screws; once removed we access the fan and our variator. At this point we can unscrew the central nut of the fan, blocking it through the special tool, and extract it, subsequently removing our variator together with the rollers. Replace, if necessary, with the new one and let's reassemble the belt together with the variator and the fan!

How do you replace the Sym Joymax 125 battery?

In order to replace the Sym Joymax 125 battery you need to loosen the two screws that secure the plastic cover located between the steering wheel and the footrest compartment of the bike. Once the cover has been removed, it will be possible to access the battery which can be extracted from its housing, after having disconnected the connectors and loosening the screws that secure it. When the old battery has been removed, it will be possible to replace it with a new spare part: this will have to be connected to the connectors and fixed with the relative screws, also fixing the protective cover.
