Today's instructions will show us the process of disassembling and replacing the rollers and variator of the Peugeot Speedfight 50 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing and removing the screws from the transmission cover; we remove the fan and take out the clutch pack, then disconnect the transmission belt. At this point, we remove the variator and replace the rollers with new ones if necessary, making sure they are the correct weight; then we reassemble all the transmission components, following the video tutorial until the end!
