In today's tutorial video, you will see the steps that will allow you to remove the variator from a Peugeot Speedfight scooter. First, position your scooter on the centre stand and remove the left-side cover; to do this, unscrew all the fastening screws. Once removed, take off the fan by unscrewing its central bolt; then, simply remove the variator located underneath by taking off the drive belt. Now you can replace the rollers and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
