How to Open and Close the Additional Seats in a Peugeot 5008

Model: Peugeot 5008 MK 1 - Years 2009-2016
Part: Seat

Video tutorial
Detailed instructions - The Peugeot 5008 has two additional seats in the boot, perfect for transporting extra passengers when needed. To open them, lift the cover of the loading area, then pull the black strap located at the top of the seat. The seat will lift and lock in the open position. Repeat on the other side. To close them, pull the strap located at the bottom of the seat. This will automatically fold it back down into its housing. At this point, you can lower the boot cover to completely conceal it; the procedure is identical for both sides. Ensure that the seats are securely locked in both the open and closed positions to avoid sudden movements while driving.
