Resetting the BSI After Electrical Malfunctions

Let's see how to reset the BSI (Built-in Services Interface) to resolve electrical malfunctions on a Peugeot or Citroen vehicle. To proceed, open the bonnet, turn off everything that operates electrically (radio, phone, etc.), and open the driver's door. Wait a few minutes until you hear a "click" from the BSI relay (indicating that the system is in standby). Disconnect the battery, always starting from the negative terminal, and leave it disconnected for at least 5 to 10 minutes. (Keep the radio code handy, as you will need it to reactivate it later). Reconnect the battery, starting from the positive terminal, and wait 2 minutes without touching anything. Then insert the key and check that everything works correctly. In the case of the video, this reset did not work.
