To remove the original car radio, you need special extraction keys: these are two high-strength steel hooks shaped like a "U" with slightly pointed tips. Insert them into the holes at the ends of the car radio and press until the retaining springs release; then press the keys outward and pull the car radio from its housing, disconnecting the relevant connectors.

If you do not have the extraction keys, you can try to make them from steel wire, ensuring that the distance between the tips matches that of the holes in the car radio.
