If you have just completed the regular service on your Peugeot 206 but the corresponding warning light continues to stay on, you will need to perform a manual reset. Here’s how to do it. First, completely switch off the car and locate the button situated at the bottom of the dashboard, between the speedometer and the coolant temperature gauge.

Press and hold the button while simultaneously turning on the ignition. A countdown of ten seconds will start.

Wait for it to finish, then release the button. The reset is now complete.
