How to Replace the Glove Box Light on a Peugeot 308

Let's see how to replace the light in the glove box of a Peugeot 308. We notice that next to the glove box, the light fitting is no longer working. Pry to remove the light fitting from its housing. Be careful as there is also a button that turns the light on when you open the drawer. It is a "normally open" button, meaning it only turns off when the button is pressed. Using a small screwdriver, gently separate the transparent part from the base. Replace the bulb, which may not be can-bus as it does not affect the dashboard warning lights. Remember not to touch it with bare hands. Now, reassemble the light fitting. Place it back carefully, ensuring the button is positioned correctly, and press just enough for it to click into place, and you're done.
