How to Replace the Third Brake Light on a Peugeot 308

Before you start, open the boot of your Peugeot 308. Begin by unfastening and removing the internal cover near the third brake light. Next, unscrew and remove the nuts securing the third brake light to the tailgate, then detach the clip. This will free the third brake light, which you can then pull out of its housing. Proceed by disconnecting the electrical connector. At this point, you can remove the bulb holder, take out the blown bulb, and you have completed the disassembly. To install the new bulb and close the third brake light, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
