Battery replacement for the Peugeot 206.

When the battery of the Peugeot 206 is discharged and does not hold up to subsequent charging attempts, we must proceed with its replacement. We open the hood of the engine compartment and start by disconnecting the negative terminal clamp, using an 8mm wrench to unscrew and remove the positive terminal clamp. We use a 10mm socket to unscrew the mounting bracket at the base of the battery, which we can then remove from its housing. We install a new battery, grind the terminals with a specific tool, clean the inside of the clamps with a brush to remove any rust, reassemble them on the corresponding terminals, and tighten the mounting bracket.
