The first step is to release the bonnet using the lever and lift it. No special tools are required for this operation. After securing the bonnet with the prop rod, simply remove the battery cover.

To disconnect the battery cables, unclip the connectors from the lever. To remove the battery, unscrew the bolt on its side and then lift it out. Retrace the steps described to reassemble the various components.
