To clean the air filter of the Piaggio Vespa Px, we need to remove the right cover, brush off any dust from the filter cover and adjacent areas to prevent them from entering the carburetor. Using a star screwdriver, unscrew the two screws that secure the metal filter cover, unscrew the two screws that hold the filter to the carburetor, remove it and place some paper in its place to prevent dirt from entering. Clean the filter well using gasoline or alternatively water and a degreaser, dry it with a hot air jet and reassemble the filter and other elements in reverse order.
