To disassemble the engine of the Piaggio Ciao, you will need to loosen the screws that fix the component to its housing, located in the center of the frame: once the fixing screws have been loosened, you can also disconnect the power cables and remove the intake and exhaust manifolds.

At this point, you can loosen the screws that fix the cylinder head and cylinder, removing them and locating the piston inside: this can be detached from the connecting rod in order to access the crankshaft and replace any necessary components.
