Below are the instructions that will allow you to dismantle and replace the clutch on the Piaggio Fly 125 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing all the fixing screws of the side cover of the transmission to remove it; unscrew the central nut of the fan, then remove the drive belt and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, removing and replacing the discs with new ones; check the wear condition of the other components of the transmission and reassemble everything!
