In today's video, you will see how to perform the routine maintenance service for changing the oil on a Piaggio Fly 125, as well as on the Vespa LX and Liberty. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and use a 24 mm socket spanner to unscrew the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point, remove and replace the oil filter cartridge, screwing it in by hand; then pour in the new oil, of the type 5W40, filling to the maximum level (about 1 litre of oil).

How to Change the Engine Oil on a Yamaha TW 200?

To change the engine oil on a Yamaha TW 200, follow these steps. Ensure the engine is warm. Position the bike on a flat surface. Remove the oil drain plug on the underside of the engine. Place a container under the plug to collect the used oil. Allow the used oil to drain completely. Once drained, reinsert the drain plug and tighten it securely. Remove the oil filler cap from the top of the engine. Using a funnel, slowly pour new oil into the oil reservoir, checking the recommended quantity in the owner's manual. After adding the oil, reinsert and tighten the filler cap securely. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. Check the oil level and add if necessary. Finally, clean up any spills and dispose of the used oil properly.
