Insert a screwdriver into the hole; this will engage the worm screw of the mechanism. Turn the screwdriver. In the video example, it worked by turning to the right, but it may be necessary to turn to the left in other cases. Now try to start the scooter, checking that the roll block unlocks and locks normally.
