To replace the front brake pads on a Piaggio Vespa 125 LX, loosen the nut that secures the central axle of the wheel to the corresponding hub. Once the nut and axle are removed, detach the wheel for easier access to the brake disc. The caliper can be released from the corresponding screws to detach it and remove the pin securing the pads. The old pads can now be removed to insert the new ones. Secure them with the pin and reattach the caliper to the disc.
