Disassembly of the Piaggio Beverly 350 belt and variator

Let's see how to remove the timing belt and the variator of a Piaggio Beverly 350 scooter, in simple steps. First of all, let's remove the plastic cover of our left crankcase; then with a socket wrench we go to unscrew the fixing screws that we find inside and the side fixing screws. At this point we remove the plastic cover and with a 15 mm socket wrench remove the central bolt; remove the air filter box, unscrewing the screws, and unscrew the pins of the transmission casing. We just have to remove the fan, followed by the belt and the variator, as shown in the video!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
