In this video tutorial we will see how to replace the engine oil and the oil filter, performing the regular routine maintenance service on a Piaggio Vespa 150 Primavera. First we are going to remove the muffler silencer. Unscrewing the fixing screws with a socket wrench; after which we remove the oil vent bolt, which we find on the right side, and let it drain into a container. At this point we immediately find the oil filter next to it, which we are going to unscrew; let's replace it with the new one by screwing it by hand. We just have to put the new engine oil in the filling hole!

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
