First of all, place the scooter on the central stand and start by unscrewing the fixing screws of the air filter cover, removing the filter and the filter box; then we go to remove the clutch carter, unscrewing all the fixing screws in this case as well. At this point we unscrew the central nut of the clutch to remove it; then we also remove the fan, removing our drive belt. Reverse the procedure for reassembly!

In today's video tutorial we will see the steps on how to disassemble and replace the wheel and front tire of the Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle, following the instructions below. First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to lift the front wheel from the ground; after which we unscrew the fixing screws of the brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the central pin of the wheel, in order to remove it; then let's proceed with the replacement of the front tire, following the video tutorial to the end!
