Replacing the battery on a Vespa is quite simple. To do this, lift the seat using the ignition key and access the compartment underneath. The battery is located in the small compartment behind the seat. If there is a cover on this compartment, remove it. At this point, you have access to the battery: to disconnect it, simply unscrew the two terminals, remembering to always disconnect the negative first and then the positive. Once both are free, remove the battery from its housing and insert the new one, then proceed in reverse order (also when connecting the terminals) for reassembly.
