To remove the transmission cover of the Piaggio MP3 400, first, manually remove the cap located at the centre of the largest pulley. Before proceeding, remove the air filter cover: this is secured by nine screws, which, once loosened, will allow the removal of the air filter cover. Next, you can remove the upper part of the transmission cover by loosening four screws. To remove the lower part, secure the rear wheel and loosen the central bolt of the rear pulley, removing the corresponding nut. At this point, you can remove all the screws and slide off the lower part of the cover.
