Remove the central cover and pull out the retaining clip, unscrew the nuts of the exhaust and remove it (sometimes it is sufficient to move it, but to work with more space, I recommend removing it). Unscrew the central axle of the wheel. Once removed, unscrew the pin and, piece by piece, take the tyre off the rim (without the proper tool, it is difficult; try using large metal levers). Clean the rim with a wire brush, without overdoing it, then lubricate both the rim and the inside of the new tyre, finally insert it by applying a lot of pressure with your arms.

Replacing the dipped beam bulb on a Sym Mio 50i

In this tutorial video, we will see the entire operation necessary to replace the dipped beam bulb on a Sym Mio 50i. Start by removing the screws from the front shield along the edges of the scooter, behind the wheel arch and behind the front logo, then remove it, taking care to disconnect the wiring of the bulbs. Once done, remove the rubber cap protecting the dipped beam bulb and unscrew the retaining screw, then lift the tab holding the bulb in place and finally remove the bulb itself. Finally, install a new dipped beam bulb by following the reverse procedure.
