To replace the rollers of the variator on a Piaggio Zip, you need to loosen the screws securing the cover of the casing, under which the transmission is located, near the rear wheel. Once the casing is opened, you can loosen the central pin of the variator, allowing all the rollers to be removed, while also moving the transmission belt. Once the entire variator is removed, you can replace it with a new spare part and reposition the belt, closing everything with the appropriate cover.
