Let's see in this guide how to disassemble and replace the variator of the Piaggio Nrg scooter, following the instructions below. First of all we put the central stand to our scooter and start by unscrewing the fixing screws that we find on the left side casing, in order to remove it; then unscrew the screw of the fan and the clutch bell, in order to subsequently remove the belt and the variator (together with the rollers located inside), as shown in the video. At this point we replace the variator with the new one and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
