How do you replace the fuel pump on the Piaggio BV 250?

In order to replace the Piaggio BV 250 fuel pump, you need to loosen the screws that secure the cover of the front part of the footrest. Once the screws have been removed, it will be necessary to disengage the fixing clips of the cover and remove it completely to gain access to the pump. The latter can be disconnected from its pipes and connectors and removed from its housing after loosening the fixing screws. After the old pump has been removed, it will be possible to replace it with a new spare part and install all previously removed components.
