To replace the spark plug on a Piaggio Medley 125, open the under-seat compartment by lifting the seat of the scooter. Underneath, you will find the cover that constitutes the under-seat compartment, which must be removed to access the underlying components.

At this point, locate the spark plug housing, which should be extracted from its housing using a suitable socket tool. After the old spark plug has been removed, insert the new one and then refit all the components that were removed.
