Let's see how to perform emergency charging of the 12V battery on the Polestar. This requires access to a small cover located on the front left (driver's side) of the vehicle, beneath the bodywork.

The front of the car is lifted to access this area, where there is a protective cover. Inside, you will find the positive and negative terminals for the battery to which the red and black emergency cables can be connected.

This cover provides direct access to the 12V battery terminals and is distinct and separate from the normal AC/DC charging ports.
