How to repair the convertible top mechanism of the Porsche Boxster

In this short guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace (or repair) the mechanism of the Porsche Boxster convertible top. The malfunction of the convertible top occurs during the opening of the roof, where it does not correctly reposition itself on the rear compartment; the mechanism of the convertible top is located right on the back of it, removing the plastic cover on the right to access it, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the screws of the convertible top mechanism, carrying out the repair or replacement; finally, we verify the operation of the convertible top!
