To replace the battery in the Dodge Ram 3500 key fob, remove the key from the top of the fob where the chrome is located. Once the key is removed from its housing, use a flathead screwdriver to pry it open. This will allow you to access the battery inside, which can then be removed and replaced with a new one. After installing the new battery, close the fob by joining the two halves and insert the key back into the top of the device.
