Let's see how to proceed in the eventuality of having to remove the steering wheel of the Renault Trafic MK1. Sitting in the driver's seat, turn the steering wheel horizontally, moving to the side facing the windshield, locate a hole in the central position, insert a lever into the hole and push towards the seat.

In this way, we can lift the central part of the steering wheel and detach it, disconnect the electrical connector and remove it. Also remove the other connector, take a ratchet wrench and unscrew the central bolt, grip the steering wheel and pull it towards us, removing it after removing the electrical cable.
