How do you open the door of the Renault Captur when the remote control battery is dead?

In order to open the door of the Renault Captur when the remote control battery is dead, you need to open the device by removing the panel on the back: once this panel has been removed, you will be able to locate the key inside. This key can be removed from its slot so that it can be inserted into the hole on the lower side of the handle: by doing so, the lock cover will detach. Inside the lock, you can insert the key and turn it to unlock the lock and open the door.
