Close the window completely and hold down the button for three seconds after reaching the upper end stop. Then open the window completely, holding down the button for three seconds at the lower end stop.

Let's verify to see if the window responds correctly to the double click (first click: manual movement, second click: full automatic movement). The window may lose its memory after a voltage surge or fuse removal, so it will be useful to check the dedicated fuse if the problem persists, or the button may be defective.
