Let’s see how to remove the chrome trims from the grille of a Renault Trafic II for a more modern and sporty look. This is a very simple operation: you will only need a product for treating black plastics like Autoglym Gel for bumpers and trims, which can be found on Amazon with the code B0D8KYTJ6G at the price of £20.45 with free delivery for Prime customers. This product cleans and revives the colour of the trims. The chrome strips are merely chrome covers applied with double-sided tape to the underlying black grille; they can be easily removed with a plastic lever tool. Clean it thoroughly with a car cleaner and then apply the product you purchased for treating plastics, using a cloth. Afterwards, the grille will have a completely black look, much sportier and modern.
