At some point, you may find that the remote for the Renault Twingo 3 no longer works properly, requiring you to get closer to the car to unlock the doors or press the unlock button multiple times before it functions. In most cases, this is simply due to the battery running low, and you can replace it quickly yourself.

Using a screwdriver, pry open the remote in the slot to separate the casing. The battery is immediately accessible: replace it and close the remote.
