Let's see how to use the repair kit on the Renault Captur: it is a kit that can only be used if the puncture is on the tread of the tyre (not on the sidewall) and if the hole is less than 4 mm in diameter. In any case, this is still a temporary repair. Screw the adapter onto the bottle, connect the compressor hose, and plug the power lead into the car's cigarette lighter. Check the recommended pressures; start the vehicle's engine and turn on the compressor; if after 15 minutes you do not reach at least 1.8 bar, the repair is not possible, and you should call for a tow. Drive for a short distance at a speed between 12 and 37 mph to distribute the sealing liquid inside, then stop and check the pressure again. If the pressure is below 1.3 bar, the repair has failed.
