How to change the steering arm of a Renault Megane II

Model: Renault Megane Megane 2 - Years 2002-2010

How can we understand that the steering arms need to be changed? Because there is a wheel that makes a lot of noise. We must first lift the car and remove the wheel. An important recommendation: do not trust your jack, put something that can support the car so as not to get crushed under it. We unscrew the bolt that attaches the arm to the frame and the one (larger) that connects it to the wheel. Once the piece is removed, in the video they show how much play the piece had: it was the reason for the noise. Now we reassemble it: from the side of the steering it simply needs to be screwed back on, from the side of the wheel we put it back in its housing. We tighten everything well, put the wheel back on and take the car down. The work is done.
