Guide on How to Change Your Car's Spark Plugs

Model: Renault Clio Clio 2, MK 2 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Spark plugs

The spark plugs in a car are a crucial part of the ignition system and represent one of the ignition components of the internal combustion engine. Their role is to produce a spark capable of igniting the compressed mixture from the piston in the combustion chamber. Clean the spark plugs every 10,000 miles and replace them every 12,500 miles.
To find out which type of spark plugs your car uses, consult the owner's manual. To change them, disconnect the high-tension leads connecting them to the distributor. After disconnecting the leads, clean the areas around the spark plugs. Use the appropriate socket to unscrew the plugs, and before installing the new ones, check that there is the correct gap between the electrodes.

How to Replace the Engine Air Filter on a Peugeot Partner

The engine air filter for this car model is located at the rear of the engine bay, directly under the windscreen, in a central position: to access the filter housing, first remove the brake fluid reservoir; then you can unscrew the three front screws that secure the filter container cover, release the side latch, and complete the removal of the cover; then extract the old filter, remove any dirt residue, ensuring no impurities enter the intake, install the new filter ensuring the seal fits perfectly against the edges of the box, and refit the cover and brake fluid reservoir.
