How to reset the Renault Clio 2006 service light

Model: Renault Clio Clio 3, MK 3, Clio III - Years 2005-2013

In this guide we will explain the steps to take to reset the maintenance light for your Renault Clio from 2006 onwards. In order, proceed as follows: 1. Activate the instrument panel by turning the key, without starting the engine; 2. Wait 20-30 seconds or until the instrument panel settles down and the wording "Maintenance Required" appears on the display; 3. Use the joystick on the steering wheel to scroll through the menu items until you find the previous wording "Maintenance Requested"; 4. Confirm your choice with the "Ok" button located on the steering wheel for around 10 seconds; 5. Continue to hold the "Ok" button until the mileage is updated for the next service. If the procedure has been followed correctly, the service light will go out and you will have successfully completed the job!

How to Remove the Dome Light in a Mercedes C-Class

In this video, see how to replace the bulb or LED in the dome light of a Mercedes C-Class. Using a screwdriver or plastic trim tool, pry between the dome light cover and its perimeter (without breaking the plastic), remove the grille from the dome light, and then take out the clear plastic cover. Replace the damaged bulb with a new one (same size and voltage). Reinstall the plastic cover in its housing (press it in with your hands until the tabs are fully secured). Test the light's proper functioning before reinstalling the piece.
