In order to replace the Renault Kangoo gear knob, you need to use an object such as a cutter, so that you can detach the leather covering that wraps the knob. Once this coating has been removed, it will be possible to grasp the knob and turn it anticlockwise: the use of pliers is recommended for this operation. In this way the old knob can be completely removed from its housing and it will be possible to insert the new spare part. This will need to be fixed to the lever making sure it does not cause gear shifting problems.
