Replacing the Battery in the Renault Captur

Let's see how to replace the battery in the Renault Captur when necessary. Open the bonnet, and the battery will be located on your right. Start the disassembly by unscrewing the bolt that holds the fixing bracket using a socket spanner, remove the terminals starting with the negative and then the positive, and pull out the vent tube. You can now remove the old battery. Clean the terminals of any corrosion, apply a thin layer of copper grease on the terminals of the new battery, and place it in its housing. Reattach the two terminals starting with the positive, screw the fixing bracket back in place, and insert the vent tube.
