In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the air filter in the Renault Clio. Before proceeding, we wait for the engine to cool completely in order to operate safely. We begin by opening the hood, then locate the airbox and disconnect both the thin upper ventilation tube and the front collector. Once this is done, using a 10mm socket wrench, we unscrew the two fixing bolts located at the back, remove the upper half of the box, and extract the old filter. Finally, we install the replacement by following the reverse procedure and cleaning any residue from the housing.
