Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Renault Clio MK 3, Clio 3, Clio III - Years 2005-2013
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located behind the centre tunnel console and does not require the removal of any covers for replacement; access the cabin from the passenger side and locate the filter at the back of the footwell: what appears to be the cap of the filter container is actually part of the filter itself; grasp the plastic tab and pull the filter from its housing, ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter housing, and insert the new one (active carbon filters are recommended) aligning it according to the airflow direction.
