In this short video tutorial, we will show you how to replace the shell and battery of a Renault key. The first thing to do is to purchase the new shell and key, which can also be bought complete on Amazon. Using a Phillips screwdriver, we will unscrew the blade screw. With a slight lever, we will open the shell where we will find the circuit board, which we will then insert into the new shell. The battery we will use is a CR2016. Now, let's move on to assembling the new key. First, we insert the circuit board on one side, and on the other side, we insert the new battery. All that's left is to close the two parts, insert the blade, and insert the new screw.
