Renault Twingo - Video tutorial

Model: Renault Twingo Twingo III, Twingo 3 - Years 2014-2023
Part: Air conditioning controls
Operation: How does the automatic air conditioning system of the Renault Twingo electric work?

In this video we can see how the commands of the automatic air conditioning system of the Renault Twingo electric work: the advantage is that we can turn it on even with the car off, because it operates with a heat pump, unlike vehicles with an internal combustion engine. So we turn on the ignition, press the automatic button and it starts immediately, allowing us to select the desired temperature. Pressing the "eco" button also reduces the car's energy consumption, as well as the climate control's, in order to save energy. If we press one of the buttons on the right, then the climate control enters "manual" mode, meaning that we can adjust it according to our specific needs; by turning off the manual buttons, it returns to the last automatic setting. If the car is connected to the charging station, we can program the climate control to turn on, both for heating and cooling, and we have to do it from the multimedia screen. We select "electric vehicle", then "climate control"/"program"/"edit" and here we can modify all the parameters according to our needs, we can also do the same thing from the app.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
