Replacing Rear Shock Absorbers

Model: Renault Scenic - Years 1996-2003
Part: Shocks

Replacing the rear shock absorbers is significantly easier than the front ones since the spring and damper are separate and specific clamps are not required to separate them; therefore, raise the vehicle on the ramp, remove the rear wheel, place a support jack directly under the suspension, and unscrew the lower fixing bolt of the shock absorber; to access the upper one, remove the inner lining of the wheel arch to complete the dismantling and install the new one in reverse order.
