In this tutorial, see how to replace the battery in a Renault Trafic van, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure the key is not inserted, then open the bonnet, locate the battery, and loosen the terminal nuts with a 10 mm spanner. Starting with the negative terminal, disconnect both. Next, remove the fixing bracket bolt with an 8 mm socket, take the battery out of its housing, and fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure. Ensure to reconnect the positive terminal before the negative.
