In this video, you can see where the battery is located in the Renault Trafic van, useful in case you need to replace it. As shown, the battery is not located in the classic engine bay but inside the cabin, precisely in front of the driver's seat. Before accessing it, ensure that the key is not inserted, then move the seat all the way back, lift the mat, and by unscrewing the four bolts indicated with a 10mm spanner, open the panel.

Next, disconnect the battery terminals starting with the negative, unscrew the bolt of the mounting bracket with a 13mm spanner, and remove the old battery. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
