The code is found in the documents provided at purchase, but if lost, it can be retrieved using the application shown in the video, which will require the serial number of the radio.

This can be found on the information label inside the radio itself, accessible after removal. Once you have obtained the unlock code, you can enter it using the touch-screen display or the physical buttons, depending on the model.
